FAQs

Tickets & Purchase Process

When do tickets go on sale?

All hotel packages, concert tickets and experiential add-ons (including Dinner at Bocelli’s) are on sale now!

What type of hotel packages are available?

Hotel packages provide you with a chance to bundle your concert tickets with a 3- or 4-night hotel stay at luxury property in the area. Click HERE to view all available hotels.

What type of tickets are available?

Concert tickets are available for both Saturday, June 21st, and Sunday, June 22nd at Charles Krug Winery. All tickets are for seated sections, and you have two options:

    • Super Seats – Premium 2-night front-row seats in Section 101, which come with a variety of extra inclusions.
    • Reserved Tickets – Your seat is assigned at purchase, so you’ll have a designated spot.
    • General Admission (GA) – You’ll be seated within the GA section, with seats available on a first-come, first-served basis.

You can choose to attend just one night or buy a 2-night ticket to enjoy both concerts. Click HERE to view all ticket options, including the Maestro & Virtuoso experiences at Charles Krug Winery.

Tickets for Dinner at Bocelli’s, an intimate evening of fine dining and special guest performances curated by Andrea & Veronica Bocelli, are also available. See HERE for more information.

Can I purchase different seats for each night of the concerts at Charles Krug Winery?

Yes! If you select ‘Two Nights June 21-22 Concerts,’ your seats will automatically be the same for both Saturday and Sunday. If you prefer different seats for each night, follow these steps:

Start with Saturday Night Tickets:

  • Go to the A Weekend In Napa Tixr homepage.
  • Under “Saturday June 21st Concert,” choose your preferred section to enter the map.
  • Use the blue ‘+’ to select the number of tickets you want in your preferred price level, then click ‘Find Best Available in Zone.’
  • The best available seats will appear. If you prefer different seats, adjust your selection directly on the map.
  • Once your seats are selected, they’ll appear in your cart (visible via the blue cart icon in the bottom right corner).

Continue Shopping for Sunday Night Tickets:

  • Instead of clicking ‘Checkout,’ select ‘Continue Shopping.’
  • This will return you to the Tixr homepage.
  • Select “Sunday June 22nd Concert,” and repeat the same process for seat selection.

Finalize Your Purchase:

  • Once both nights’ tickets are in your cart, click ‘Checkout.’
  • Follow the next steps to add any hotel packages or add-ons to enhance your weekend experience in Napa.

Important Note: The total number of concert tickets purchased per Tixr account cannot exceed eight (8) across all orders, so plan accordingly.

What is the difference between ‘section’ and ‘price level’?

The concert seating is split up into sections. Within the sections seats may also be split up by price levels. Lower section numbers and price levels are closer to the stage.

How do I access the experiences, like Dinner at Bocelli’s?

Available experiences will be displayed during the purchase process and may be added to your cart at that time. You will have options to tailor your Napa Valley weekend with Dinner at Bocelli’s, The Maestro Experience, The Virtuoso Experience and more!

Although travel insurance is not required, we highly recommend it to give folks greater peace of mind with their travels since all packages are non-refundable per the event’s Purchase Policy. We’ve partnered with Wanderwell to offer guests an affordable solution; please click HERE to learn more.

You may also want to explore travel insurance options with your credit card company, as several credit cards provide travel coverage. Travel insurance is fully handled by a third party, who settles claims independently of the A Weekend in Napa team. Please also be aware that specific coverage varies depending on the third party and plan level.
