Accessibility
Andrea Bocelli – A Weekend in Napa is committed to providing an inclusive experience for guests of all abilities. If at any time you have specific questions or concerns about the accessibility of the event, please reach out to our Guest Services team. We encourage you to make any requests as far in advance as possible to enhance our ability to evaluate and fulfill the request.
Venue Accessibility:
The venue is fully accessible with no stairs. There will be a mix of surfaces—turf inside the food and beverage area and actual grass in the main venue space—but walking areas will be flat and manageable.
All seats will have backs to them, and there’s no bleacher-style seating anywhere on-site. ADA seats for the concerts at Charles Krug Winery were available for purchase at the time of booking. If you require accessible seating and were unable to secure ADA seats during your initial booking, please contact Guest Services immediately after purchase. Once your request is received, we’ll review all available options with you to ensure a comfortable experience.
If you or your guest use a wheelchair or mobility device and have not purchased designated wheelchair-accessible seating, please plan to utilize your purchased seat and then check your device with our ADA team.
Upon arrival, we encourage you to connect with our Guest Services and ADA staff, who will be happy to walk you through the process and address any remaining questions or concerns.
Accessible parking:
Guests with a valid ADA placard will be able to park in our designated accessible parking area. Simply drive up and show your placard, and staff will direct you from there. Keep an eye out for a map coming soon to the website, which will highlight the designated entry point for ADA guests.
From the ADA parking area, it’s about 800 feet to the main venue space. The distance from parking to the carriage house courtyard (where food and beverage offerings will be) is about 300 feet, with another 500 feet between the carriage house and the concert seating area. The carriage house and tasting room both have elevators if needed.
Please let an on-site team member know if you need any help upon arrival — we’ll do our best to assist!
Service animals:
Service animals are welcome at Charles Krug Winery in accordance with ADA guidelines. Only trained service animals that assist with a disability are permitted—emotional support animals, comfort animals, and pets are not allowed.
Guests arriving with a service animal will be asked to check in with our ADA team. This quick exchange helps ensure your animal is properly identified so you won’t encounter any issues inside the venue.
All service animals must remain on a leash or harness and under the handler’s control at all times. If you have questions or would like to notify us in advance of your arrival with a service animal, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.
If you’re staying at a hotel nearby, we recommend confirming their service animal policy directly.
Additional notes:
All of our hotel package properties offer a limited availability of accessible rooms. If you require an accessible room, please contact Guest Services immediately after purchase and let us know how we can help ensure your accommodation needs are met.
